Bienvenue!

Congolese Community of Victoria is a not-for-profit organization created by Victorians of Congolese background and became incorporated in 2008 under the Associations Incorporation Act 1984. The main purpose is to help each other and promote the culture of the Congolese people in Australia. The Association is opened to everyone and represents the hopes and aspirations of those people united by their common bond of Congolese heritage and Australian commitment.

  • We provides them with an opportunity to live in a closer, supportive and harmonious environment and advocating on their behalf  to have easy access to main stream services.
  • Providing them legal, health, Centrelink , housing information, and guidance in order to assist them through their settlement process in Victoria.

The purpose of CCVIC is to continually developing and improving the well being of our community's members in Victoria.

We provide assistance to new comers in their integration process, offering moral support and guide them through the establishment process.

We value the inherent worth, dignity, diversity, and abilities of all individuals, families, groups and communities. By working together in solidarity with people, we create improved conditions for health and productive relationships.

We value honesty and transparency of our intent and priorities and believe that we must demonstrate our accountability to all with whom we work. Integrity is our commitment to act in ways that enhance, and to not detract from, community development values

  • Working with young Congolese and assisting them to investigate future life directions, training or employment opportunities.

For Women

  • Empowering Congolese women to undertake leadership roles to be well integrated in Australia.

  • Where mutual support and cooperation is given and received between and among other ethnic groups in Australia.
  • Where Congolese migrants and refugees arriving in Victoria are helped and supported the settlement process.

Veronique Dinanga

Dans le cadre de promouvoir la culture Congolaise en Australie, et plus précisément à travers Victoria, la Communauté Congolaise a participé à la journée spéciale organisée par Latrobe University  sur la  République Démocratique du Congo ( RDC).

Véronique Dinanga et Etienne Dinanga ont representés la Communauté Congolese de Victoria.

La Vice-presidente Véronique a fait un beau discours et Etienne Dinanga a bien agrémenté l'évènement .

Félicitations à la Vice-presidente Veronique Dinanga et au chargé de la Culture, Mr. Etienne Dinanga pour leur participation très remarquée à cet évènement.
